OVO INTERNAL BRANDING

We had working from home set in stone before the pandemic but we felt it was missing a way to give out ‘kudos’ to employees, and not being able to send around birthday cards to sign etc… so I came up with these little cards to download and send to our team for little thank you cards.

These were our 3 core themes of working at OVO, and I looked at giving them a rebrand. The people team came up with these phrases a while back and I felt they needed a little boost (previously they were just type).

We decided to brand our internal design team, at the time we were using internal and external designers and agency’s and it seemed like a good idea to pop our name on campaign work we were doing. I came up with the idea of ‘by us’ so when we submit a concept it has simply ‘by us’ on it. We had a few fun WIP and OOO icons to share on slack when we had team days out or sending work that wasn’t ready yet. This ended up becoming an internal website for holding our brand guidelines and assets for people in the company to internally download.
