BRIEF
At SPUD they are returning customers (who received plastic boxes each week with their groceries and then returned the old box when their new box arrived) and new customers who received cardboard boxes until they became a member. We had feedback of uncertainty with recycling and returning items - like glass jars and cool packs. I took the initiative to create a new box (photographed below on the warehouse line) where tje insides of the box informed the customer which bits to keep, return or recycle. It was a pleasure seeing these boxes roll out across Canada and on socials.
